Brigandeer strives to provide each customer with superior customer service by resolving purchase issues as quickly and as easily as possible. Customers may return items within 14 days of purchase, provided the following terms and conditions are met.
1. CONDITION. We can only accept merchandise that is unused. As we only sell brand new products, we can only accept returns that are in excellent, unused condition.
2. RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION. All Brigandeer returns and/or replacements require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To request an RMA, please contact a Brigandeer customer service representative by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject RMA Request.
3. PRODUCT REPLACEMENT. Customers may request a replacement for their purchase within 14 days of the order ship date if the item is defective or the wrong item has been shipped.
Upon issuing an RMA, Brigandeer will send a pre-paid shipping label for return of the wrong and/or defective item. Once the original product (including the associated RMA number) has been received, Brigandeer will ship a replacement in alignment with all Brigandeer shipping policies.
4. PRODUCT REFUND. Any unopened, original condition, item may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the order ship date. Refunds will be in the amount of the purchase price only, excluding shipping and handling, and will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
